London NE Maths Hub Early Algebra Work Group, hosted at SSA

The initial meeting of the London NE Maths Hub Early Algebra Workgroup was held at Stratford School Academy on January 7th. Delegates attended from 1, 2 and 4 form entry primary schools. Year 11 PPE Results Day

Year 11 pupils received their pre-public examination results on the morning of Wednesday 2nd December 2015. Congratulations to the 5 pupils who have made the most progress public in their best 8 subjects since joining Stratford School Academy! They each received a golden envelope. Newham Schools Dance Competition

Last term, Ms Till supported the girls dance team at Stratford School Academy and attended Newham Schools Dance Competition, the annual event hosted at NewVic College. ‘Lots of time and effort went into their first ever dance competition, I’m sure it will be the first of many!’ Ms Till.

Raising funds for charity

The last day of term was on Friday 18th December 2015. The pupil charity commission  decided to raise funds for ‘The National Autistic Society’ charity through a non-school uniform day. Stratford School Academy raised an outstanding £744.42 for the charity.
