Facilities Hire

Stratford School Academy is a school at the heart of the local community. Various facilities are available for public or private hire after school hours and school holidays.

Our two modern and inclusive school environments are fully accessible. We have one lift on each site which provide access to all floors, disabled parking bays, hygiene suites and disabled toilets to allow visitors to take better advantage of the facilities.

Our wide range of sports facilities are also accessible to the community; two sports halls, two square meter playgrounds, two drama studios with lighting and interactive whiteboards.

We have previously hired for a range of different events including conferences, after school clubs, weddings and parties.

Static additional costs:

Premises Team

A member of the academy premises team MUST be on site during your hire period for all bookings. The additional cost will depend on your chosen day and hours. A member of the premises team will be present an hour before and hour after the booking times which will also be charged for. The cost for premises staff are as follows:

Monday to Friday: £50 per hour
Saturdays: £60 per hour
Sundays and Bank Holidays: £75 per hour

An example for this is: If a booking is made from 17:00-22:00, you will be charged from 16:00-23:00 (as explained above).
