Communications and Online Payments

Communicating with parents is an important part of what we do. Making sure you get the correct information about activities, events and things that really matter is something we care about.

Communications

ParentMail

ParentMail allows us to send you important letters, texts, emails and forms regarding your child and their education.

Before your child's first day at SSA, you will receive an email to register for a ParentMail account.

Using the registration link provided, you must download the ParentMail mobile app via the Apple or Google Play store. This allows us to send and store all your school communications in one place.

Letters

Letters to Parents are sent via ParentMail. To ensure that you recieve important updates regarding the school and your child's education, it is vital that you download the ParentMail mobile app via the Apple or Google Play store. This allows us to send and store all your school letters in one place.

An archive of Stratford School Academy letters can also be accessed via Letters to Parents.

Telephone

Teachers, your child’s tutor or their Head of Year will contact you to talk about your child’s progress or their attitude to learning. Reception staff will also contact you via telephone if your child becomes unwell during the school day.

Email

If you require support from a particular member of staff, you can visit Who to Contact. We have a team of talented, motivated staff who help deliver the best possible education to each of our students and who want to support you.

Postcards

Our teachers will regularly send postcards home to any student that has demonstrated excellence in their subject or shown resilience when working to meet the success criteria.

Social Media

We regularly share news stories and important updates via our social platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. All parents are encouraged to follow our accounts to stay up to date.

Half-termly Newsletter

At the end of each term, we publish the Half-termly Newsletter via News. The newsletter showcases what students at Stratford School Academy have been up to over the course of the term. The newsletter also provides families with suggestions for activities to do over the school holidays.
